All photos are on this site are copywrited and are the sole property of the photographer submitting them. Commercial use or reproduction of these photos in any form is prohibited.

Photos on this site may be used by news media, for educational presentations, and for personal uses such as screen backgrounds or wallpapers. Any use of photos on this site by media or in public presentations must credit the photographer and SkyChasers.net. as the source of the material used.
Photos on this site may be used on personal web pages under the following conditions: You must copy and paste the photo to your personal site. Do not try to hot link. It must be a non commercial site [nothing for sale] and the photo must have "courtesy of SkyChasers.net" pasted below the photo. That's all we ask of you.
Users of myspace.com, xanga.com and livejournal.com DO NOT have permission to use photos from this site under any condition ! We will take legal actions against you for posting our photos on these sites.
We do NOT allow hot links to photos on this site! Hot Linking is theft and a violation of our copy write use agreement. Copy and paste to your own page only. Hot links to this site will be removed and redirected to some very disturbing internet images you would probably not like to see on your web page.

To submit your photo:

Send an e-mail to SkyChasers2@aol.com and in the subject line type "photo submission". Include your name and e-mail address and a short paragraph describing your photo such as; where and when it was taken, type of camera and film used, length of exposure, etc. You may use only your first name only if you wish. If you would like an e-mail link or link to your personal site, we will be glad to do so. Your e-mail address will never be given out without your prior permission.

Send the photo as an attachment in JPG format sized to 750 x 500 if possible. Photos must be in attachment, not inserted into an e-mail. You may submit as many photos as you like. Please send a separate e-mail for each photo with the description. Submitting a photo is considered an agreement with the terms of use described above.
